Our teaching is our own. It's rooted in traditional self relaxation techniques and what else you would expect from a hypnobirthing tool box. We focus on the inner work needed, especially the fear culture parents experience in our modern society and the realities of our maternity services.

This course can only be offered to you if you have completed The Perinatal Academy’s Diploma in Antenatal & Early Postnatal Education OR have an antenatal qualification such as Midwife, IBCLC, Doula or FEDANT Antenatal Qualification
